    How we know

Each filmed Occasion once, with the partner the video credits; a partner is named when they share at least half of them.

Julian Sanchez is a tango dancer whose documented career centres on the Tango Escenario (stage tango) category of the Mundial de Tango [2][4][5]. He reached the semifinal of that category in 2009 with Nair Schinca, according to the title of a video of the round [2]. In 2018 he danced the Tango Escenario final with Bruna Estellita [4]. In 2023 he and Estellita won the Mundial de Tango in the Tango Escenario category [5].

Outside competition, Sanchez performed with Melina Mouriño and the Solo Tango orchestra, an appearance dated to 2014 [3]. He performed at the Baden-Baden Tango Festival in November 2023 [6]. In August 2024 he closed the opening concert of Tango BA 2024 at the Usina del Arte [7].

A dancer index lists him as having partnered with Melina Mouriño, Bruna Estellita, Laura Torres, Vanesa Villalba, Paula Ferrara and Nahir Schinca . The spelling of his 2009 partner's name differs between sources: the index gives "Nahir Schinca", while the 2009 video title gives "Nair Schinca" [2].

Competition career

Sanchez's earliest dated entry in the sources is the 2009 Mundial de Tango. According to the title of a video of the round, he reached the Tango Escenario semifinal that year with Nair Schinca [2]. The same partner appears in a dancer index as Nahir Schinca, so the sources differ on the spelling of her name [2].

In 2018 Sanchez danced the Tango Escenario final of the Mundial de Tango with Bruna Estellita [4].

In 2023 Sanchez and Estellita won the Mundial de Tango in the Tango Escenario category [5].

Performances

Sanchez performed with Melina Mouriño and the Solo Tango orchestra. The claim dates this appearance to 2014, and the video of it is titled after the tango "El huracan" [3].

In November 2023 Sanchez performed at the Baden-Baden Tango Festival in Germany [6]. The video title of that performance names Bruna Estellita as his partner [6]. The sources differ on the date: the claim gives 10 November 2023, while the video title gives 11 November 2023 [6].

On 14 August 2024 Sanchez closed the opening concert of Tango BA 2024 at the Usina del Arte [7]. The source reporting it is titled "Cruce generacional en la apertura de Tango BA 2024" [7].

A dancer index lists the following partners of Julian Sanchez :
