Lyrics

English · machine translation

Come and see what I bring in this union of notes and words, is the song that inspired me the evocation that last night cradled me. It is the voice of tango modulated in every corner, by the one who lives an emotion that dominates him, I want to sing for this son that is more and more sweet and seductive. Wrapped in illusion last night I listened to it, composed the emotion for things of my yesterday, the house where I was born, the fence and the grapevine, the old merry-go-round and the rose bush. Its accent is the song of sentimental voice, its rhythm is the beat that lives in my city, it has no pretension, it doesn't want to be procacious, it is called tango and nothing more. This emotion that I bring, was born in my voice full of nostalgia. I feel a beat of rebellion when to this sound its verses disguise it. If he is so humble and so simple in his measures, why write down a bad example in each phrase. With this rest of emotion it is very easy to reach the heart.

The leader is Lucio Demare, 1943, with 59% of the 78 filmed dances matched to a version of this song.

13 more dances name this song but not which version, so no share counts them. “No match yet” means no filmed dance is tied to that version so far, not that nobody dances it. Dances whose music we have not identified are left out.
