Si de mí te has olvidado · Osvaldo Fresedo · 1942

Castellano

¿A dónde iré llorando? Si de mí te has olvidado mi mente no te olvida...

Blue night, so full of stillness, as in those days... Emotion of our youth lost in yesterday. I walked away without understanding her love and never looked for her and today that I am like a pain in the shadows I can no longer return. If you have forgotten me what shall I do with this life that is dazed in a past of lost joys? Where will I go crying? Where will I go dying that your eyes are not looking at me your eyes like yesterday? If you have forgotten me my mind does not forget you... If you have forgotten me my life will be over... And in this horrendous drama of walking around crying for you I know that not even dying I won't forget you. If once you were to hear these words of mine, remembering I know that you will weep for this old love. More and more your eyes and your voice your eyes and your voice... And knowing me like this, like a pain in the shadows chokes my heart.
