Reveries... fantasies of yesterday... twenty years... illusion of walking and touring... Joyful youth came knocking the door of both of us and we went at random... The world attracted us and as we walked you and I were happy indeed... On every platform there was a train that always took us dreaming to some platform. The panorama of Paris made us sigh, its fog put more "splin" in our wandering... Mimi Pinson Marcelo and Schaunard emerged as we walked in our reverie... Both of them drinking the joy of traveling and walking. Both carrying in our eyes the same vision. How much I dreamed kissing you in Paris... and today, when I cry at the sight of your gray hair... The years have not been able to defeat your beauty completely... there is still a faithful remnant... Twenty years ago now, as you and I the world you and I went out once. Twenty years... who could stop the needle of the clock and turn it back! But today there is another journey to undertake... Beloved! to prepare for the journey to old age.
