Se muere de amor · Carlos Di Sarli · 1953

Castellano

Black blur of your braids, pale light of your face, by a hundred paths of absence your voices return like a distant eaning. I locked you in memory, I braided you in nostalgia, and in a corner of time I tied you to my guitar with a prayer. Through the sleeping alley your white face did not arrive, and in a corner of oblivion my defeated weeping searched for hope. Dark night of your hair that painted my long wait. Dark night of this dream that in a guitar dies of love. They will take me behind you, the morning will light up with a perfume of yuyo, and on a guitar will come a distant song. I will be able to take your silence with these icy hands and through the streets of the wind I will be a nostalgia looking for you.
