Amadeo Mandarino

Amadeo Mandarino was a tango singer born in 1913 [4]. He sang at Osvaldo Pugliese's debut at the Café El Nacional in 1939 [1][2], and from 1940 to 1941 he was a singer in Aníbal Troilo's orchestra alongside Francisco Fiorentino [1][3].

Amadeo Mandarino was a tango singer born in 1913 [4]. His recorded career began in 1933, when he sang with Vicente Russo's orchestra in cinema and theatre shows [1]. In 1937 he appeared with Manuel Buzón on Radio Callao and Radio Municipal, and later on Splendid and Rivadavia [1].

In 1939 Osvaldo Pugliese invited him to sing at his debut [1]. A chronicle of the Orquesta Típica Osvaldo Pugliese lists Mandarino among the orchestra's singers, together with Roberto Beltrán [2]. From 1940 he sang with Aníbal Troilo's orchestra alongside Francisco Fiorentino, and he remained until 31 December 1941 [1][3].
