Armando Baliotti

Armando Baliotti was a tango pianist and composer, born on 5 October 1905, who died on 1 November 1982. [5][4] He played piano in Miguel Caló's first orchestra and co-led the Baliotti-Ginzo orchestra. Later he formed the Cinco Maestros del Tango and was associated with the Sexteto Argentino de Tango. [2] His compositions include Bacán, El tábano, Ahora no me conocés and Trasnochando. [1][2][3][6]

Later ensembles linked to him include the Cinco Maestros del Tango, which recorded for TK, and the Sexteto Argentino de Tango, which recorded for Pathé. [2]
